What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company, and your message. We do not collect anything else ourselves.
How we use it
To reply to you and talk through the work you asked about. We will not add you to a mailing list without asking first, and this information will remain within the company.
Cookies and tracking
There are no accounts or logins on this site, and we do not use cookies to track you or show you ads.
What other services are involved
This site is hosted by Hostinger, and messages reach us through our email provider. Neither of them receives your messages for their own use. Hostinger collects IP addresses. These providers may store information on servers outside Canada, where it can be subject to the laws of those countries, including access by courts and government authorities there.
How we protect it
Your information is kept in password-protected accounts that only 10x Technology can access.
How long we keep it
As long as required for responses, follow-ups, and project communications. After that it is deleted, unless you agree to let us keep your email for company updates. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
